An individual participating in any of the events or activities of The Main Event Rusty Putter Golf Tournament (the Activity) organized by Rusty Putter Golf, Rusty Putter@Governors, Gregg Brown, Luther Brown, Ron Griswold, Aimee Youngblood and Dave Maddox (the "Committee") does so of their own free will and FULL UNDERSTANDING of the potentially dangerous activities, the risk of personal or psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, and/or financial loss. The individual participating further acknowledges that any injuries that they sustain may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the individuals organizing the events or activities, including negligent emergency response or rescue operations of the committee. Notwithstanding the risk, individuals participating in any of the activities (the activity) acknowledges they are knowingly and voluntarily participating in the activity with an express understanding of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, disability, death, and/or property damage arising from the activity, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the committee or otherwise.

In consideration of being permitted by the Committee to participate in the

Activity and in recognition of the Committee’s reliance hereon, Hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against any sponsors of any activity or event, the Committee, its members, any entities under any Committee member’s direct or indirect ownership or control in any form, and its and their respective principals, founders, officers, directors, manager(s), employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders/members, successors, and assigns, sponsors of any events or activities of the Activity (collectively, "Releasees"), arising out of or attributable to the Activity, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Committee or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Committee, sponsors or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge the Committee, sponsors and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
